What's new in Gista: August–October 2026

Three months in one note: two dashboard sections, Radar built on your channels with three analytics views, delivery to a Telegram channel or group, 8 sources on Free.

From now on, release notes come out once a week and collect everything notable into one post. Here is what changed in Gista from August to October.

Two dashboard sections

The dashboard is split into Media Monitoring (mentions of companies, people and competitors) and News Digest (a personal news feed on a topic or country). Each section has its own settings, statistics and analytics. Old links to monitors and digests still work.

Radar works on your channels

  • Channels you add to Radar are collected directly, and a newly added channel comes with 14 days of history right away.
  • While channels are being processed, the radar shows a progress bar and an estimate of when the first entities will appear.
  • Three analytics views: Log — one event per row, Timeline — how a story unfolded, Summary — an "entity × event type" table.
  • The Sources window now has search and a filter by channel group.

Delivery to a Telegram channel or group

A monitor or digest can now be sent not only to your personal chat but also to a channel or group, public or private. Connect it under "Telegram delivery", in the "Channel or group" block. A channel takes one slot in your plan's limit of connected Telegram accounts.

Plans and delivery

  • The Free plan now allows up to 8 sources — enough to try monitoring or Radar on a real set of channels.
  • The "As soon as possible" mode (Pro) no longer sends empty issues: if there are no matching posts, the issue is skipped.

Live demo

You can see Gista's analytics without signing up: there is a Live Demo page on the site, and the Radar demo panel is on the home page.
