Media Monitoring, June 2026: Test Run, Mention Sentiment, and ASAP Delivery

What's new in Gista Media Monitoring in June 2026: a Test Run button, mention sentiment in stats, as-soon-as-possible delivery for Pro, and a mobile version.

A few notable updates shipped in Gista over the past two weeks: you can now preview an issue before its scheduled send, see post sentiment directly in stats, and Pro subscribers get their issue as soon as new posts arrive. Here's what changed.

Test Run: preview an issue before the scheduled send

A Test Run button is now on every monitoring and digest page. Click it and within a few minutes you'll get a preview in Telegram — same posts, same layout, same filtering as a regular run, just labeled "🧪 Test Run" and without affecting the schedule. The next planned send still comes at its normal time.

This is useful when setting up a new monitoring or digest: you don't have to wait for the next slot to verify that your rules work. The button shows live progress — "Starting", "Collecting posts", "Done (N delivered)" — right on the page.

Mention sentiment in stats

The post table on the stats page now shows a sentiment badge below each post headline: negative, neutral, or positive. The model assigns this independently of the importance score (IW), for every post, in monitorings and digests alike.

The funnel also gained a "Noise" metric — posts filtered out as irrelevant. This makes it easier to tell at a glance whether your interest fields are calibrated correctly.

Sentiment is informational for now: it shows how channels write about your topics. A more detailed sentiment breakdown is coming later.

ASAP delivery for Pro

Monitorings (the Media monitoring section) now support an "As soon as possible" delivery mode. Instead of fixed time slots, the engine sends the issue as soon as new matching posts appear.

This matters most for brand mentions, job listings, or property listings — anywhere speed of response is important. The mode is available on the Pro plan.

Mobile version

The admin panel is now adapted for phones: you can configure a monitoring or digest, add channels, or check stats from a mobile device without horizontal scrolling.
